The Maximizer Cloud September Update (also referred to as 2023.9) was released to customers on Wednesday 27th September.
As this update requires a database upgrade, customers will be upgraded over the next few weeks. Once your Maximizer has been upgraded, you will receive a pop-up notification on logging in.

Base Edition
A big welcome to the new Tasks module, that enables you to manage your tasks effectively and streamline your workflow. With this module, you can view all relevant information in one place, eliminating the need to search for information in different places and making it easier to get a complete picture of each customer, opportunity or case.
Easily manage your to-do list and never miss a follow-up.
- View all your Tasks
- Focus on Today’s Tasks
- Pay close attention to your Overdue Tasks
- Collaborate with your colleagues by monitoring the Delegate Tasks tab
- Blitz through your calls (making notes as you go of course) then Complete Tasks in batches
- Show/hide completed tasks
- Recurring tasks are making their much-anticipated arrival

- This update introduces Save ; Send for Maximizer Connect for Outlook 365. Elevate your emails by sending or replying to emails in Outlook 365, then watching them auto-save as interactions with your Maximizer contacts. Watch the video below for a quick demo:
