The Challenge
Over the previous few years, Belvoir experienced rapid growth. As with most growing businesses, there are a lot of moving parts and a lot of software products used by various departments. It became clear that we required a platform to help pull the majority of these moving parts together and also enable us to integrate with some of our third-party software products, whilst enabling the management team to generate meaningful MI (management information).
The Head Office team also required a platform to enable users to easily look up data, such as information on our Franchised offices and Franchisees. It also needed to record all interactions with our franchised offices to enable the management team to look up individual records and support tickets as and when required.
The Avrion Response
We approached several companies and considered a lot of software products. Avrion took the time to really get to know us as a company, as well as our requirements. This was Belvoir’s first venture into the world of CRM, and Avrion made the entire process straightforward. Avrion was also the first CRM company that seemed to grasp exactly what we were looking to achieve through their initial fact-finding phase. Their product knowledge is outstanding and they are genuinely a pleasure to work with – so much so that we have partnered with them on another project.

How interactive was Avrion throughout the project?
Prior to the job starting, a project plan was agreed upon, which both sides could work from. As we worked through the various stages, we had regular conversations in person, over the phone or via Teams. At each stage, Avrion allowed us plenty of time to complete our tasks and the team was so accommodating when there was project slippage on our part. Additionally, their user training and documentation are thorough and well-structured.
How did we adjust to the changes?
Our business is a business that evolves quickly. When we initially started the project, we had just one brand that we needed to consider; as the project progressed, we had other brands that needed to be added to the mix. As our requirements changed and evolved, Avrion took everything in their stride – nothing seemed to phase them. Our additional requirements were actioned and considered quickly.
The Results
Avrion fully delivered on the brief. They also successfully created custom tabs that displayed data pulled from third-party applications, such as from our Sage environment.
We enjoy working with Avrion. Since the implementation, we have worked together on another separate, complex data analysis project.
